Using the process in “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” by Betty Edwards, a tried and true method for learning to really see and observe, we will develop a higher skill level while enhancing individual style and technique.

We will also explore the elements and principles of art, including line, value, light, shadow, color and many other aspects of artistic creativity. Students will gain a deeper appreciation for the beauty around them, and expression through keeping a personal art journal
