The Firefly cancellation policy is what it is, because we are a little business that unlike the giant chain hotels has a human running it. Essentially, we don’t issue refunds if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival.

Stairway Policy
Actually, we should let you know that at our beautiful place, some of the guest rooms in the guest house require you to climb one flight of stairs.
We are very sympathetic to people with various disabilities, and will make every effort to help make you safe and comfortable. But, we’re telling you this straight up just to let you know.
